Restaurant and Licensed Land-Based Casino

Har Borqeli operates as a premium restaurant and licensed land-based casino in Toronto. Our casino offers poker, roulette, blackjack, and other games under professional supervision.

• Gaming takes place on our supervised land-based casino floor.
• Guests must follow all posted rules, table limits, and staff directions.
• The casino is designed to provide a sophisticated, responsible gaming environment.

User Eligibility and Conduct

Eligibility

You must be at least 19 years of age to enter the casino lounge area of Har Borqeli, in accordance with Ontario regulations. The restaurant area is open to all ages, but minors must be accompanied by an adult.

• Valid government-issued identification may be required for entry to the casino lounge.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not meet the age requirement or appears intoxicated.
• The casino lounge is a controlled environment; guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons. Harassment, cheating, or any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises.

• No outside food or beverages are permitted in the restaurant or casino lounge.
• Smoking is prohibited indoors, including the casino lounge.
• Guests must not attempt to tamper with gaming equipment or interfere with other players.

Reservations, Events, and Cancellations

Reservations

Reservations for the restaurant can be made by phone at +1 613-847-3052 or via email at [email protected]. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and special events.

• Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time; after that, the table may be released.
• For groups larger than 8, please contact us directly to arrange seating.
• The casino lounge operates on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to capacity.

Events and Private Functions

Har Borqeli offers private event hosting in both the restaurant and casino lounge. Event bookings require a signed agreement and may be subject to a deposit.

• All event details, including date, time, and number of guests, must be confirmed in writing.
• Cancellations for events must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of any deposit.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice.
